Sweet Feast combines our sweet tooth and skills for styling. We are changing the way that you offer dessert at your gathering, party, wedding or brand event. Our bespoke designs are sure to create show stopping moments and give your event the wow factor.

It's something different, something I'm hoping you haven't seen before and something we are beyond excited to share with you. We've taken inspiration from the Australian savoury graze craze and created the ultimate Sweet Feast.

 

Part of the What Peggy Did Next Group, we have over a decade's experience in the events industry and on many an occasion wished there was a more creative dessert option to recommend to our clients, we've now taken matters into our own hands! We want our designs to wow guests, be a real talking point and most of all be a fun and enjoyable element of any event. 

We're Hampshire based, in the heart of the New Forest, but deliver across the South or further depending on the brief!

HOW DO I BOOK?

Email us at hello@sweetfeast.co.uk to let us know your wish list, location details and date. We will then check availability, provide a Sweet Feast design plan and confirm pricing for you. We kindly ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable one month before your event.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN YOU CATER FOR?

We really can cater for any type of event! Our sweet grazing tables are all designed on a bespoke basis, so if you are looking for a dinosaur themed platter for your little boys birthday, a baby shower gender reveal platter, a centrepiece for your dinner party, a show stopping wedding graze or a platter to feed your guests at a brand event, we are the caterer for you!

DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES OR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Absolutely! All of our menu items and bakes are selected carefully for each client. We have a Vegan menu already in play and can tweak ingredients and designs if you have any requests. We provide a list of allergens with all Sweet Feast deliveries.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY AND CAN WE COLLECT OUR PLATTER?

Unfortunately collection isn't an option at Sweet Feast HQ, we take great pride in hand placing each element on the grazing table and won't leave until everything looks jaw dropping and perfect! Delivery is calculated on your distance from our Lymington base, we offer complimentary delivery within a 20 mile radius and would be happy to travel much further afield depending on the brief! 

CAN YOU DESIGN THE SWEET FEAST TO MATCH MY COLOUR SCHEME?

Of course! We use natural flavours in our icing and chocolate where possible. When planning the design, we ask for your event inspiration to ensure that our grazing table or platter will fit perfectly with everything else you have planned.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE TABLE AND PLATTER FOR THE SWEET FEAST?

We don't have any furniture or tables at this moment in time, we would ask to see a photo of the table or surface that you would like us to use along with the measurements. Our grazing tables are sold by the meter and are 60cm wide. We do provide the platters though, we have some gorgeous custom made clear acrylic disks in three sizes, 40cm, 70cm and 100cm.

DO YOU PROVIDE DESSERT PLATES AND FORKS?

We don't, the joy of Sweet Feast is that most items are bite size or if not will be gone in a few bites! If you would like us to provide disposable bamboo plates and wooden cutlery in addition to your grazing table, we can arrange this for you at an additional cost. Or, if you would like us to course beautiful china side plates and dessert forks this can also be arranged!

CAN YOU SET UP OUTSIDE?

We have to be sensible here, at certain times of the year the wasps may enjoy your Sweet Feast as much as your guests! We would recommend setting the grazing table or platter up inside your home or venue, away from direct sunlight to avoid a melting chocolate disaster!

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO SET UP?

Being the OCD perfectionists that we are, we like around three hours to set up the Sweet Feast to include unloading and clear up time (we tidy up all stray sprinkles and crumbs before we leave!). Perhaps longer if you have chosen to order our Fancy Feast set up with flowers galore or four meters of sweet grazing! We will need to unload as close to the venue as possible so parking onsite is a must. Smaller platters can be created in an hour.

DO WE GET TO KEEP ANY LEFTOVER TREATS?

Yes you do! Sweet Feast will leave after the set up is complete and are not responsible for disposing of any leftover food, unless we arrange this with you separately. If you have ordered one of our platters, we will arrange to collect the acrylic disc from you as close to your event date as possible.

Yes as we love our bespoke set ups to inspire others and to show how amazing your event was, we're proud to work with you! The photos will be use on social media and perhaps our website. Of course if you would prefer us not to, just ask.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We unfortunately can't offer refunds but we can offer a date change with one months notice.
